The location was stunning and incredible for visiting restaurants and bars next to the hotel. The pool was excellent, with a hot tub and a whirlpool.

Nice, clean rooms with a great view of the lake. Free parking directly at the house. Small souvenirs for the kids could be purchased at fair prices. Wellness area was not used
Unfortunately there is no elevator. Breakfast was all British. It's not for everyone. There's nothing around it, so it's more of a stopover.

I loved all the staff and location this luxury hotel offered. Fabulous and luxurious room, a shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets in the room. The beds with hypoallergenic pillows were comfortable. The pool was lovely, the staff was superfriendly and attentive. Actually everything was fantastic, my next choice again in Kentallen.

Everything, really everything, was excellent, including the fact that the structural substance of an old train station was integrated into the hotel and the ground was not lost. Fantastic surroundings and excellent breakfast and dinner. We spontaneously stayed one day longer.

Clean property with really excellent and decent staff who gave such GREAT service. Great full Scottish breakfast options. Stunning location in a beautiful area just off numerous visitor attractions and the bar/restaurant. Friendly check-in, parking next to hotel.

The views from the room were amazing, overlooking the landscape and the loch. The breakfast served was good, offering fresh pastries and a great variety of hot items.

Enjoyed our great value and well-equipped rooms in this hotel.
We ate in the good restaurant with good view and delicious food which was reasonably priced. It had absolutely superb views of the sea and a comfortable decor.

The Captain's King Room with Sea View offered an amazing perspective of the loch. Breakfast was buffet-style with great quality options and fine views to start the day. The noise from the bar below significantly disrupted our sleep, and communication from the staff regarding our concerns was inadequate. While the views and dining were solid, the lack of attention to guest comfort was disappointing.
